Cancellation Policy

At Chipman Inn, we charge the full reservation amount upon booking. If you need to cancel, our policies are as follows:

• 90% back up to 30 days before check-in
  (retaining a 10% fee to cover administrative costs)
• 75% back up to 14 days before check-in
• 50% refund up to 2 days before check-in.

*Note: Different policies may apply for bookings made through Airbnb and other OTAs. Please refer to the specific platform's cancellation policy.

Guests

Your room rate includes accommodations for two. Additional guests are welcome at just $15/night each.

No Smoking or Vaping

For a fresh and enjoyable atmosphere in our family friendly inn, please refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on our 6-acre property.

Pet Policy

We would love to someday welcome your furry family members, however, we are not yet equipped to properly host pets. This policy helps us ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and comply with insurance regulations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
