Daily Breakfast
A homemade prix-fixe breakfast is included with all overnight stays. We love when our guests invite friends or family to join them—additional breakfasts are available for $15 per person with at least 24 hours’ notice. Because we make each breakfast to order and try to avoid food waste, we ask that all breakfast plans be confirmed by 7 p.m. the night before. This also helps ensure we have a cook in the house and can make the morning feel as special as it should.

Monday Turkish Meals at Chipman Inn
Every Monday from 12–8 p.m., our local Turkish chef fills Chipman Inn with the rich aromas and bold flavors of traditional cuisine. Open to the public, it’s become a favorite among both locals and travelers. Dine in, mingle with neighbors, or take your meal to go.

Menu Highlights
Lahmacun – Lamb or Beef – $9
A crisp, thin flatbread topped with spiced minced meat. Served with tomatoes, onions, and parsley on the side—roll it up and enjoy it like a burrito.
İçli Pide – Lamb, Beef, or Vegetarian – $18
Boat-shaped flatbread filled with meat, cheese, and vegetables, baked to golden perfection. The vegetarian version features seasoned vegetables, egg, cheese, and herbs.
Kebab Platter
Lamb – $24 | Beef – $22 | Chicken – $20
Hand-minced meat blended with spices, grilled on a wide skewer. Served with rice and salad.
Baklava
Plain – $5 | Milk-based – $7
Crispy layers of filo, chopped nuts, and honey syrup—a sweet nod to Turkish tradition.
Ayran – $4
Cold, salted yogurt drink. Light and refreshing.
Mango Nectar – $2
