At Chipman Inn, we believe food is at the heart of every great gathering. Whether you're staying overnight, hosting a special event, or simply looking for a memorable meal in Ripton, we offer a variety of thoughtful dining options—some prepared by us, and others brought to life by talented visiting chefs who rent our kitchen space.

Daily Breakfast

A homemade prix-fixe breakfast is included with all overnight stays. We love when our guests invite friends or family to join them—additional breakfasts are available for $15 per person with at least 24 hours’ notice. Because we make each breakfast to order and try to avoid food waste, we ask that all breakfast plans be confirmed by 7 p.m. the night before. This also helps ensure we have a cook in the house and can make the morning feel as special as it should.
